马克思主义人学视域下养老服务业高质量发展的困境与路径研究

Research on the Dilemma and Path of High-Quality Development of the Elderly Care Service Industry from the Perspective of Marxist Anthropology

摘要: 在“十四五”收官与“十五五”开局的关键节点，推动养老服务业高质量发展是落实国家战略、健全民生保障、激活银发经济的核心路径。本文立足马克思主义人学基本原理，阐释其与养老服务业高质量发展的内在统一，明确以人的需要为逻辑起点、人的尊严为价值内核、人的全面发展为终极目标的核心内涵。同时，结合现实剖析当前养老服务业面临的供需结构失衡、专业人才匮乏、基础设施薄弱等困境，并从供给侧结构性改革、专业化人才体系构建、基础设施完善三个维度，提出针对性实践路径。

Abstract: At the critical juncture of the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan, promoting the high-quality development of the elderly care service industry is the core path to implement national strategies, improve people’s livelihood security, and activate the silver economy. Based on the basic principles of Marxist anthropology, this paper explains the internal unity between Marxist anthropology and the high-quality development of the elderly care service industry, and clarifies its core connotations: taking human needs as the logical starting point, human dignity as the value core, and the all-round development of human beings as the ultimate goal. Meanwhile, it analyzes the practical dilemmas faced by China’s elderly care service industry, including the structural imbalance between supply and demand, the shortage of professional talents, and the weakness of infrastructure. Furthermore, it puts forward targeted practical paths from three dimensions: supply-side structural reform, construction of a professional talent system, and improvement of infrastructure.
