农村信用社支持老年消费市场发展的机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Rural Credit Cooperatives Supporting the Development of the Elderly Consumer Market
摘要: 农村人口老龄化程度持续加深,农村老年群体的消费需求日益增长,为农村信用社拓展业务空间提供了重要契机,然而,农村信用社在支持老年消费市场发展过程中,面临消费信贷产品供给不足、老年客户信用认定困难、网点服务方式滞后等现实困境,制约了老年消费金融服务的有效供给。基于此,从产品供给、风险管理、服务渠道三个维度,系统探讨农村信用社支持老年消费市场发展的机制构建路径,以期推动农村老年消费潜力的有效释放,促进农村金融与老年消费市场的协同发展。
Abstract: The accelerating aging of rural populations has generated growing consumption demand among rural elderly groups, presenting significant opportunities for rural credit cooperatives to expand their business scope. However, rural credit cooperatives face substantial obstacles in supporting the elderly consumer market, including insufficient supply of consumer credit products, difficulties in credit assessment for elderly clients, and outdated branch service approaches, all of which constrain the effective delivery of elderly-oriented financial services. Drawing on three dimensions—product supply, risk management, and service channels—this paper systematically examines the mechanism construction pathways through which rural credit cooperatives can better support the development of the elderly consumer market, with a view to unlocking the consumption potential of rural elderly groups and fostering coordinated development between rural finance and the elderly consumer market.
