积极老龄化背景下我国农村养老服务现状研究——以江苏省D市为例

Research on the Current Situation of Rural Elderly Care Services in China under the Background of Active Aging—A Case Study of D City, Jiangsu Province

摘要: 随着我国国民经济的快速发展与社会结构的深度调整，中国人口发展进入从数量增长到结构转变的历史新时期，呈现出少子化、老龄化、区域人口增减分化等明显的趋势性特征。其中，人口老龄化已成为当前我国发展进程中亟待应对的重要社会挑战。本文以江苏省D市为例，从基础概况、体系建设等维度分析江苏省D市农村养老服务现状以及服务困境，探讨我国在积极老龄化背景下农村养老服务的现状。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the profound adjustment of its social structure, China’s population development has entered a new historical period, transitioning from quantitative growth to structural transformation. This period is characterized by notable trends such as low fertility, aging, and regional population growth and decline differentiations. Among these, population aging has become an important social challenge that needs to be addressed urgently in the current development process of our country. Taking D City in Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and service predicaments of rural elderly care services in D City, Jiangsu Province, from the dimensions of basic overview and system construction, and explores the current situation of rural elderly care services in China under the background of active aging.
