儒家“慎独”思想对当代青年理想人格塑造的启示

摘要: 儒家“慎独”思想是中国传统伦理的精髓,凝聚了深厚的道德自觉与人格修养智慧。通过追溯“慎独”的历史演进,深入阐释其“独处不欺”“省察克治”及“知行合一”的核心内涵。在立足于当代社会价值多元化与青年成长环境的复杂性中,探讨“慎独”对塑造当代青年理想人格的时代价值。研究发现,“慎独”思想能够通过强化内在自律、深化自省意识、推动知行转化,有效引导青年抵御功利化与“表演式”人格的诱惑,进而在新时代语境下培育出表里如一、务实担当的理想品格,实现传统智慧的创造性转化与现实应用。
Abstract: The Confucian concept of “shendu” (self-discipline in solitude) is the essence of traditional Chinese ethics, embodying profound wisdom in moral self-awareness and personal cultivation. By tracing the historical evolution of “shendu”, this paper delves into its core connotations of “not deceiving oneself in solitude”, “self-examination and self-control”, and “the unity of knowledge and action”. Based on the diversity of social values and the complexity of the growth environment for young people in contemporary society, this paper explores the contemporary value of “shendu” in shaping the ideal personality of contemporary youth. The study finds that the concept of “shendu” can effectively guide young people to resist the temptation of utilitarian and “performance-oriented” personalities by strengthening internal self-discipline, deepening self-reflection awareness, and promoting the transformation from knowledge to action. In the context of the new era, it cultivates an ideal character that is consistent in appearance and reality, pragmatic and responsible, realizing the creative transformation and practical application of traditional wisdom.
