新媒体语境下汉语交通、民生新闻的维译策略研究——以乌鲁木齐广播电视台实践为例
A Study on the Uyghur Translation Strategies of Chinese Traffic and People’s Livelihood News in the Context of New Media—A Case Study of Urumqi Radio and Television Station’s Practice
摘要: 为提升民族地区公共服务信息与主流资讯的传播效能,针对当前汉维交通、民生新闻翻译在信息聚焦与文化适配上的不足,本文以乌鲁木齐广播电视台相关汉语新闻的维译实践为个案,依托翻译目的论与语用顺应论,采用文本对比分析法,系统梳理并论证了其采用的“核心信息聚焦与浓缩策略”、“语用适应策略”及“新闻标题简化与信息聚焦策略”三大策略。研究发现,这些策略通过选择性传递、语用重构与形式简化,实现了信息高效触达与读者认知适配,对增强民族地区新媒体平台的跨文化传播效能具有显著的实践参考价值。
Abstract: To enhance the dissemination efficiency of public service information and mainstream news in ethnic regions, this paper, in light of the current deficiencies in the translation of Han-Vi traffic and livelihood news in terms of information focus and cultural adaptation, takes the practice of translating relevant Chinese news into Uyghur by Urumqi Radio and Television Station as a case study. Relying on the theory of translation purpose and the theory of pragmatic adaptation, and using the method of text comparison and analysis, it systematically sorts out and demonstrates the three major strategies adopted: the “core information focus and condensation strategy”, the “pragmatic adaptation strategy”, and the “simplification of news headlines and information focus strategy”. The research finds that these strategies, through selective transmission, pragmatic reconstruction, and form simplification, achieve efficient information delivery and reader cognitive adaptation, and have significant practical reference value for enhancing the cross-cultural communication efficiency of new media platforms in ethnic regions.
