汉维语饮食器具类词汇隐喻对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Metaphors in Chinese and Uyghur Dietary Utensils Vocabulary

摘要: 隐喻，作为一种无处不在的语言现象，是人类理解世界的重要工具。饮食是人类生存的基础支撑，饮食器具则承载着人类进行饮食的行为，是人类饮食活动的重要手段。饮食器具的使用使得饮食更加丰富多彩，器具的使用也是人类文明进步的重要体现。故笔者以汉维两种语言中的饮食器具类词汇的隐喻为研究对象，选用频率较高的饮食器具类词汇，通过查阅文献资料，按炊具和餐具进行分类整理。同时，借助隐喻相关理论，找出汉维两种语言中饮食器具类词汇隐喻的共性与个性，探究其背后成因，了解语言背后的文化内涵，助力语言学习者提高隐喻意识及隐喻使用水平，为汉维语言翻译及教学提供相关语料。

Abstract: Metaphor, as a ubiquitous linguistic phenomenon, is an important tool for human understanding of the world. Diet is the fundamental support for human survival, and dietary utensils carry the behavior of human eating and are an important means of human dietary activities. The use of eating utensils makes food more diverse and colorful, and the use of utensils is also an important manifestation of human civilization progress. Therefore, the author takes the metaphor of food utensils vocabulary in both Chinese and Uyghur languages as the research object, selects high-frequency food utensils vocabulary, and classifies and organizes them according to cookware and tableware through literature review. At the same time, with the help of metaphor related theories, identify the commonalities and individuality of food utensils vocabulary metaphors in both Chinese and Uyghur languages, explore their underlying causes, deeply understand the cultural connotations behind the language, and help bilingual learners improve their metaphorical awareness and proficiency, providing relevant language materials for bilingual translation and teaching in Chinese and Uyghur.
