“三全育人”视域下高校学风建设与学生管理协同机制研究

摘要: “三全育人”理念是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的核心指引,为学风建设与学生管理协同机制研究提供了重要理论框架与实践方向。本研究采用文献研究法与案例分析法,深入剖析二者内在逻辑关系,构建主体联动、过程衔接、资源整合的协同机制,并提出政策支持、管理机构优化、人员培训三位一体的保障体系。经北京某高校实践案例验证,该机制可有效提升育人质量,具有较强的可复制性与推广价值,可为高校破解育人协同难题提供理论参考与实践路径,助力高校育人体系优化与高质量发展。
Abstract: The concept of “Three-Full Education” serves as a core guideline for higher education institutions in the new era to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. It provides a significant theoretical framework and practical direction for researching the collaborative mechanism between academic culture construction and student management. This study employs literature review and case analysis methods to deeply analyze the intrinsic logical relationship between the two. It constructs a collaborative mechanism characterized by subject linkage, process connection, and resource integration, while proposing a trinity guarantee system comprising policy support, organizational optimization, and personnel training. Validated by a practical case at a university in Beijing, the mechanism proves effective in enhancing the quality of education. It possesses strong replicability and promotion value, offering theoretical references and practical pathways for universities to resolve coordination challenges, thereby assisting in the optimization and high-quality development of the university education system.
