摘要:

目的：探讨蹼颈的病因及整复手术方法。方法：设计单个Z形皮瓣或两个连续Z形皮瓣整复牵拉畸形。结果：31例采用本法治疗全部获得成功，创口一期愈合。结论：蹼颈是某些疾病的合并症，其通过整形外科手术，效果确实、有效。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the reconstructive surgical technique and cause of the webbed. Methods: Single or double Z-type skin flaps were designed to transfer and correct severe contractive deformity. Results: All the procedures were successful. The wound healed in the first stage. Conclusion: Webbed is a complication of comorbidity. The therapeutic result of this operation is reliable and effective.
