摘要: 《长沙方言本字考》是李敏辞于上世纪末考释长沙方言本字的精彩著述，对于长沙方言的语音学与训诂学的研究影响重大，其中考释方言词大部分准确可靠。然而由于时代局限，如研究条件、研究手段、研究资源的不足，其中仍存在古今对应关系运用过宽、缺乏其他方言的横向比较以及文献佐证不够丰富问题，部分词例的考证可待进一步商榷。

Abstract: “An Examination of the Original Characters in Changsha Dialect” is a brilliant work by Minci Li on the interpretation of the original characters of Changsha dialect at the end of the last century. It has had a significant impact on the study of phonetics and exegesis of Changsha dialect, and most of the interpretations of dialect words in it are accurate and reliable. However, due to the limitations of The Times, such as the insufficiency of research conditions, research means and research resources, there are still problems such as the overly broad application of the correspondence between ancient and modern, the lack of horizontal comparisons with other dialects, and the lack of abundant documentary evidence. The verification of some word examples is subject to further discussion.
