银发浪潮下的智慧乡村:基于多模态AI的农村养老服务生态构建研究
Smart Villages in the Wake of Silver Hair: Research on the Construction of Rural Elderly Care Service Ecosystem Based on Multimodal AI
摘要: 随着中国人口老龄化进程加速,农村养老问题日益的凸显。受到多重困境影响,现有的服务体系不能满足多元化养老需求。本研究引入多模态人工智能技术,探讨其在农村养老服务领域的适配逻辑与赋能路径。研究发现多模态AI凭借语音交互、视觉识别、情感计算等技术优势,能够有效跨越农村老人的数字鸿沟,在需求侧实现健康监测、应急响应、精神慰藉与生活辅助的协同整合。在此基础上,本文以破解数字鸿沟、设施短板、人力困境、情感缺失四大核心困境为主线,提出基于多模态AI的农村养老服务的生态构建方案,将技术嵌入、主体协同、制度规范与文化适配整合为有机整体,推动农村老人真正实现老有所养、老有所安、老有所乐。
Abstract: As the aging process of the Chinese population accelerates, the issue of rural elderly care has become increasingly prominent. Due to multiple predicaments, the current service system cannot meet the diversified demands of elderly care. This study introduces multimodal artificial intelligence technology to explore its adaptation logic and enabling path in the field of rural elderly care services. The research finds that multimodal AI, with its technological advantages such as voice interaction, visual recognition, and emotional computing, can effectively bridge the digital divide among rural elderly people and achieve coordinated integration of health monitoring, emergency response, spiritual comfort, and life assistance on the demand side. Based on this, this paper takes solving the four core dilemmas of the digital divide, facility shortages, human resource constraints, emotional deficiencies as the main thread, and proposes an ecological construction plan for rural elderly care services based on multi-modal AI. It integrates technology embedding, subject collaboration, institutional norms, and cultural adaptation into an organic whole, promoting the true realization of elderly care, security, and happiness for rural seniors.
