基于科研社团培养“三型”人才实现路径的研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating “Three Types” Talents Based on Scientific Research Associations

摘要: 随着社会经济的快速发展和科技革命的深入推进，高等教育面临着培养适应社会需求的应用型、复合型、创新型人才的重任。本研究以科研社团为枢纽，从应用型、创新型、复合型人才的内涵出发，结合高等教育改革的普遍性趋势，探讨了黑龙江八一农垦大学通过教学改革、实践平台建设、创新创业教育等路径，实现“三型”人才培养目标的过程。本文基于一个完整的实践案例，系统阐述了其“五位一体”培养模式，并结合相关理论与实证数据，提出了具体的实施策略，为高校教育教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy and the in-depth advancement of the technological revolution, higher education is confronted with the heavy responsibility of cultivating application-oriented, comprehensive and innovative talents that meet the demands of society. This study takes the research clubs as the hub, starting from the connotations of application-oriented, innovative and comprehensive talents, and combined with the current background of higher education reform, explores the process of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University achieving the “three types” talent cultivation goals through teaching reform, construction of practical platforms, and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on a complete practical case, this paper systematically elaborates its “five-in-one” cultivation model, and proposes specific implementation strategies and reflections in conjunction with relevant theories and empirical data, providing a reference for the educational and teaching reform in colleges and universities.
