翻转课堂联合思维导图在儿科临床教学中的应用效果研究

摘要: 目的:评估翻转课堂与思维导图相结合的教学模式在儿科临床带教中对学生学业表现及教学认可度的实际作用。方法:纳入2021年1月至2022年7月期间于我院儿科轮转的实习医学生共90名,通过随机化原则均分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组沿用常规临床实习带教模式,观察组实施翻转课堂联合思维导图的教学方案,对比两组实习生考核得分与教学满意情况。结果:观察组作业评分、理论测验得分均显著高于对照组,组间差异具备统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组教学总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合思维导图的教学模式,可有效激发儿科实习生学习主动性与探究兴趣,优化临床教学质量,适合在儿科临床实习带教中推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the practical effect of the teaching model of flipped classroom combined with mind map on students’ academic performance and teaching recognition in pediatric clinical teaching. Methods: A total of 90 intern medical students rotating in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine clinical internship teaching model, while the observation group implemented the teaching scheme of flipped classroom combined with mind map. The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The homework scores and theoretical test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The teaching model of flipped classroom combined with mind map can effectively stimulate the learning initiative and exploration interest of pediatric interns, optimize the quality of clinical teaching, and is suitable for popularization and application in pediatric clinical internship teaching.
