微生物学基础实验课程思政教学改革与实践探索——以“器皿准备、培养基配制及灭菌实验”为例
Exploration on Ideological and Political Teaching Reform and Practice of Basic Microbiology Experiments—Taking “Experiments on Utensil Preparation, Culture Medium Preparation and Sterilization” as an Example
摘要: 本文以“器皿的准备、微生物培养基的配制及灭菌”实验为研究对象,深入探讨微生物学基础实验课程思政教学的改革路径与实践成效。挖掘实验教学各环节思政元素,结合课程思政核心理论与微生物学学科特性构建具有理论深度和学科特色的思政融入框架,将专业知识教学与思政教育有机融合,运用BOPPPS教学法构建六部闭环教学体系并结合实验开展具象化案例分析。实践显示,该教学改革有效提升学生专业技能与思政素养,为高校微生物学基础实验课程思政建设提供可借鉴的范例。
Abstract: This paper takes the experiment of “Preparation of Vessels, Preparation and Sterilization of Microbial Culture Media” as the research object, and deeply explores the reform path and practical effectiveness of the ideological and political teaching of the basic microbiology experiment course. By excavating the ideological and political elements in each link of the experimental teaching, the professional knowledge teaching and ideological and political education are organically integrated, and the BOPPPS teaching method is adopted to construct a six-part closed-loop teaching system. Practice shows that this teaching reform has effectively improved students’ professional skills and ideological and political literacy, and provides a reference example for the ideological and political construction of the basic microbiology experiment course in colleges and universities.
