面向区域合作的统计学科课程体系改革与实践能力培养研究——以中国–东盟统计学院为例

Research on Curriculum System Reform and Practical Ability Enhancement in Statistics Discipline under Regional Cooperation—A Case Study of China-ASEAN Institute of Statistics

摘要: 随着区域自由贸易区建设的深入推进，区域经济社会对复合型、应用型统计人才的需求日益增长。然而，现行统计学科教育在课程内容、实践教学、跨文化资源整合等方面存在明显滞后。本文以中国–东盟统计学院为案例，系统分析统计人才培养面临的主要困境及其成因，提出构建区域经济社会发展导向的课程体系、强化实践教学环节、推动多元文化教学资源共享、建立持续更新机制等改革路径，并探讨了建立中国–东盟统计教育联盟的战略意义与实践构想。研究表明，上述举措是提升统计人才培养质量的关键，可为跨国教育合作背景下的统计学科教学改革提供理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract: With the deepening development of the regional Free Trade Area, the demand for high-quality statistical talents with interdisciplinary and applied competencies has grown significantly in the regional economy and society. However, current statistics education faces notable deficiencies in curriculum content, practical teaching, and cross-cultural resource integration. Taking the China-ASEAN Institute of Statistics as a case study, this paper systematically analyzes the major challenges and underlying causes in statistical talent cultivation, and proposes reform pathways including building a curriculum system oriented toward regional economic and social development, strengthening practical teaching, promoting the sharing of multicultural teaching resources, and establishing a continuous updating mechanism. The study also explores the strategic significance and practical framework for establishing the China-ASEAN Statistical Education Alliance. The research suggests that these measures are key to enhancing the quality of statistical talent cultivation, providing theoretical support and practical reference for statistics education reform in the context of cross-border educational cooperation.
