高职导师–项目–团队模式下双课堂教学体系建设与实施
Construction and Implementation of Dual Classroom Teaching System under the Mode of Tutor-Project-Team in Higher Vocational Education
摘要: 基于“以学生为本”的教育理念,本文阐述了我校针对优质生源因材施教的实践探索。以技能大赛、科研创新项目为载体,在“三进阶”的人才培养模式基础上,融入“导师制”,形成“导师–项目–团队”人才培养实践平台。以双课堂教学体系培养学生的专业能力、创新能力和素质能力,实现了优质学生个性化教育。
Abstract: Based on the educational concept of “student-oriented”, this paper expounds the practice and exploration of teaching high quality students in accordance with their aptitude in the faculty of chemistry and pharmaceutical engineering of Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College. Taking skill contest and scientific research project as the carrier, on the basis of the talent training mode of “three levels”, the “mentor system” is integrated into the tutoring system to form the practical platform of “tutor-project-team” talent training. Using the dual classroom teaching system, students’ professional ability, quality ability and innovation ability have been cultivated, which realized the special training and individualized education of high quality students.
