技术异质性下交通运输绿色全要素生产率的区域差异与空间格局研究
Research on Regional Differences and Spatial Patterns of Green Total Factor Productivity in Transportation under Technological Heterogeneity
摘要: 文章基于技术异质性视角,采用2014~2023年中国30个省级行政区面板数据,运用Super-SBM、Meta-Frontier模型与Dagum基尼系数分解,测算并分析交通运输绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)的区域差异与空间格局。结果显示,全国交通运输GTFP整体偏低、区域差异明显,呈西部 > 中部 > 东部梯度分布格局;区域总差异以组内差距为主,东部内部差距最大;技术异质性是区域差异的核心驱动因素。最后,从管理优化、技术协同与区域治理等方面提出精准对策,为交通运输绿色转型提供决策支持。
Abstract: Based on the perspective of technological heterogeneity, this paper uses panel data from 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2014 to 2023, applies Super-SBM, Meta-Frontier models, and Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition to measure and analyze the regional differences and spatial patterns of green total factor productivity (GTFP) in transportation. The results show that the overall GTFP of China’s transportation sector is relatively low, with significant regional differences, showing a gradient pattern of west > central > east. The total regional differences are mainly dominated by intra-group gaps, with the largest gap within the eastern region. Technological heterogeneity is the core driving factor of regional differences. Finally, precise countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of management optimization, technology coordination, and regional governance, providing decision support for the green transformation of transportation.
