池州市思政课一体化地方实践与协作机制研究

摘要: 大中学思政课一体化协作对落实立德树人根本任务意义重大。池州市积极推进大中学思政课一体化项目,成立指导组,启动共同体项目,如形成特色品牌,开展丰富的教研活动,举办教学评比、主题研训等,还通过深挖教学资源、创新教学载体,进而建成思政教育一体化建设从点到面贯通的协作机制。但也存在乡村师资专业化程度偏低、各学段目标衔接不够紧密、评价体系尚不完善等协作问题。池州市应采取应对措施,强化高校师资支持,加强校地合作;明确各学段目标,实现有机衔接;完善评价体系,提升教学质量,从而进一步推动池州市大中学思政课一体化的地方实践及协作机制高质量发展。
Abstract: The integration and cooperation of ideological and political courses in colleges and middle schools is of great significance to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality. Chizhou City has been actively promoting the establishment of a steering group and the launch of community projects. At present, certain results have been achieved, such as the formation of characteristic brands, the development of rich teaching and research activities, the holding of teaching evaluation, theme research and training, etc., but also through the deep excavation of teaching resources, innovative teaching carriers, to promote the integration of ideological and political education from point to surface. However, there are also some problems, such as the low degree of specialization of rural teachers, the lack of close connection between the goals of each school stage, and the imperfect evaluation system. In view of these, it is necessary to strengthen the support of university teachers and strengthen school-local cooperation; Clarify the objectives of each section and achieve organic cohesion; Improve the evaluation system and improve the quality of teaching, so as to further promote the high-quality development of the integration and cooperation of ideological and political courses in Chizhou universities and middle schools.
