资源约束下民办高校质量保障数字化转型实践范式研究——以云南省5所民办高校为例
Research on the Practice Paradigm of Digital Transformation of Quality Assurance in Private Colleges and Universities under Resource Constraints—Taking 5 Private Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province as Examples
摘要: 以云南省5所民办高校为样本,通过问卷调查与个案分析,结合敏捷治理理论、技术执行框架及质量文化理论,本文探索了资源约束背景下的民办高校质量保障数字化转型的技术适配范式。这一范式的特征是低成本技术适配,运行机制快速迭代,主体参与活跃。调研显示,即使不采购新商业软件,在经费、师资、机制三重约束下,信息反馈效率仍可大幅提升——反馈周期从传统模式的30~90天缩短至48小时以内,这种“敏捷”实践也重塑了组织内部的协作关系,推动质量文化从制度约束转向自觉改进。这一路径对经费自筹压力较大的民办高校具有参考价值,同时拓展了高等教育质量保障理论的研究视野。
Abstract: Taking five private universities in Yunnan Province as samples, through questionnaire survey and case analysis, combined with agile governance theory, technology implementation framework and quality culture theory, this paper explores the technology adaptation paradigm of digital transformation of quality assurance in private universities under the background of resource constraints. The characteristics of this paradigm are low-cost technology adaptation, rapid iteration of operation mechanism, and active participation of subjects. The research shows that even if new commercial software is not purchased, the efficiency of information feedback can still be greatly improved under the triple constraints of funds, teachers and mechanisms. The feedback cycle is shortened from 30~90 days of the traditional model to less than 48 hours. This “agile” practice has also reshaped the collaborative relationship within the organization and promoted the quality culture from institutional constraints to conscious improvement. This path has reference value for private colleges and universities with greater self-financing pressure, and at the same time expands the research horizon of higher education quality assurance theory.
