新文科背景下本土案例赋能《战略管理》课程教学的路径和实践研究

Research on the Path and Practice of Empowering “Strategic Management” Instruction with Local Cases in the Context of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 基于新文科建设背景，本文系统分析了当前《战略管理》课程教学中存在的案例数量不足和质量不高、课堂讨论不深入以及缺乏本土化案例等问题。为此，本文提出并构建了本土案例库，即整合权威平台与自编资源，构建涵盖“基础–拓展–前沿”三维度的本土化案例体系，并依托“课前准备–课中实施–课后总结”的闭环模式来实现本土案例教学过程。本文旨在通过本土案例赋能，有效提升学生的复杂决策能力与战略思维素养，增强学生对中国企业发展的自信，为高校商科教育的本土化改革提供一定理论支撑与实践路径。

Abstract: In the context of the “New Liberal Arts” initiative, this study systematically analyzes current challenges in the instruction of Strategic Management, including the insufficiency of case quantity and quality, lack of depth in classroom discussions, and the scarcity of localized cases. To address these issues, this paper proposes and constructs a local case library. By integrating authoritative platforms with self-developed resources, we establish a three-dimensional localized case system spanning “Foundation-Extension-Frontier” levels. Furthermore, the teaching process is implemented through a closed-loop model consisting of “pre-class preparation, in-class implementation, and post-class summary”. This study aims to effectively enhance students’ complex decision-making abilities and strategic thinking competence through the empowerment of local cases. Ultimately, it seeks to strengthen students’ confidence in the development of Chinese enterprises, offering theoretical support and practical pathways for the localization reform of business education in higher education institutions.
