摘要: 紫云英苷是一种天然黄酮类化合物,主要存在于菟丝子、覆盆子、百蕊草及香蕉叶等传统药用植物中。大量研究表明,紫云英苷具有良好的抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、神经保护及修复肝损伤等多种药理作用。本文将对近年来紫云英苷的药理作用及其分子机制的研究进行归纳总结,以期为该天然活性成分的进一步开发与临床应用提供理论参考。
Abstract: Astragalin is a natural flavonoid compound widely distributed in traditional medicinal plants such as Cuscuta chinensis, Rubus chingii, Thesium chinense, and Musa acuminata leaves. Numerous studies have demonstrated that astragalin possesses a variety of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant, hypoglycemic, neuroprotective, and hepatic injury repair effects. This paper summarizes recent research progress on the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of astragalin, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the further development and clinical application of this natural bioactive constituent.
