异乌药内酯药理作用及其相关分子机制研究进展

摘要: 异乌药内酯是一种天然倍半萜内酯类化合物,其主要来源于樟科山胡椒属植物乌药的干燥块根。近年来,随着药理研究的不断深入,研究者发现异乌药内酯具有抗阿尔兹海默病、抗菌、抗炎及抗癌等多种药理作用。为系统梳理异乌药内酯的研究现状。本文对异乌药内酯的药理作用及其机制的相关研究进展进行综述,为异乌药内酯的进一步研究及药物开发提供理论基础。
Abstract: Isolinderolide is a natural sesquiterpene lactone compound, which is mainly derived from the dried tuberous roots of Lindera aggregata, a plant of the genus Lindera in the Lauraceae family. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of pharmacological research, scholars have discovered that isolinderolide exerts multiple pharmacological effects, including anti-Alzheimer’s disease, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities. To systematically summarize the current research status of isolinderolide, this paper reviews the research progress on its pharmacological actions and related mechanisms, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further research and pharmaceutical development of isolinderolide.
