摘要: 目的：本研究旨在探讨疼痛控制护理对胸腰椎骨折术后患者康复进程的影响。方法：选取2023年6月~2025年5月在我院收治的64例胸腰椎骨折术后患者，随机分为常规组和干预组各32例。常规组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上重点应用疼痛控制护理。采用VAS + VRS结合疼痛评估量表、Harris评分、统计骨折愈合时间及患者满意度调查进行评估。结果：干预组在疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间、关节功能及患者满意度方面均优于常规组。结论：表明疼痛控制护理能有效缓解胸腰椎骨折术后患者疼痛，促进骨折愈合，改善关节功能，提高患者满意度，对患者康复进程具有积极影响。
Abstract: Objective: This study aims to investigate the impact of pain management nursing on the rehabilitation progress of patients after thoracolumbar fracture surgery. Methods: A total of 64 patients who underwent thoracolumbar fracture surgery at our hospital between June 2023 and May 2025 were enrolled and randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group received standard nursing care, while the intervention group received pain management nursing in addition to standard care. Assessments were conducted using a combined Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) for pain evaluation, Harris score for joint function, fracture healing time, and a patient satisfaction survey. Results: The intervention group demonstrated superior outcomes in pain scores, fracture healing time, joint function, and patient satisfaction compared to the control group. Conclusion: The findings indicate that pain management nursing effectively alleviates postoperative pain, promotes fracture healing, improves joint function, and enhances patient satisfaction, thereby exerting a positive influence on the rehabilitation progress of patients following thoracolumbar fracture surgery.
