Theoretical Evolution and Practical Transformation of New Quality Ideological and Political Work Ability of College Faculty and Staff

摘要: 本文基于系统分析高校教职工新质思政工作能力的时代转型与提升路径。研究首先梳理新质思政工作能力的内涵演变，阐释其与教育现代化的内在关联；其次，从结构层面揭示高校教职工在政治判断力、价值引领力与思想引导力等方面的现实困境；最后，提出以数字化赋能、文化融通与实践创新为支撑的能力提升路径。文章构建“政治引领–知识创新–实践转化”的动态生成逻辑，为新时代高校思想政治工作体系的优化提供了新的理论视角与实践参考。

Abstract: This article is based on a systematic analysis of the era transformation and improvement path of the new quality ideological and political work capabilities of college faculty and staff. The research first sorts out the connotation evolution of the new quality ideological and political work ability, and explains its internal relationship with the modernization of education; Secondly, it reveals the reality of college staff in terms of political judgment, value guidance and ideological guidance from the structural level; Finally, a capability improvement path supported by digital empowerment, cultural integration and practical innovation is proposed. The article constructs the dynamic generating logic of “political leadership-knowledge innovation-practice transformation”, which provides a new theoretical perspective and practical reference for the optimization of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities in the new era.
