Cloud Model-Based Procurement Risk Assessment of Prefabricated Buildings for Organization A under the EPC Mode

摘要: 为解决EPC模式下装配式建筑项目采购风险评价中存在的模糊性与随机性问题，提升风险管理的精准度，本文构建了一种融合组合赋权与云模型的综合评价方法。通过对A单位项目的实证分析，计算出其整体风险云值，并识别出“评审分值设置不科学”等关键风险源。研究表明，该模型能将定性判断转化为客观、可视化的风险等级，为项目业主方进行精准风险管控提供了科学依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of ambiguity and randomness in the procurement risk evaluation of prefabricated construction projects under the EPC mode, and to improve the accuracy of risk management, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation method that integrates combination weighting and cloud models. Through empirical analysis of the A unit project, and key risk sources such as “unscientific setting of evaluation scores” were identified. Research has shown that this model can transform qualitative judgments into objective and visual risk levels, providing a scientific basis for project owners to carry out precise risk management.
