天津非物质文化遗产产业创新发展模式研究

Research on the Innovative Development Model of Intangible Cultural Heritage Industry in Tianjin

摘要: 文章聚焦天津市非物质文化遗产产业的创新发展。研究首先梳理了天津市在政策法规方面为非遗产业发展构建的支持与规范体系。其次，运用SCP分析模型，从市场结构、企业行为与经营绩效三个维度系统剖析了天津非遗产业的现状。接着，文章深入探讨了当前产业发展在生产效率、创新不足、数字化保护与知识产权风险、以及青年传承断层等多方面临的核心问题与挑战。最后针对上述问题，从生产、保护、传承三大层面提出了具体的对策建议，以期为天津非遗产业的活态传承与高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: This article focuses on the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage industries in Tianjin under the new era. The research first reviews the support and regulatory framework established by Tianjin in terms of policies and regulations for the development of intangible cultural heritage. Secondly, using the SCP analysis model, it systematically analyzes the current situation of Tianjin’s intangible cultural heritage industry from three dimensions: market structure, enterprise behavior and business performance. Then, the article deeply explores the core issues and challenges faced by the current industry development in multiple aspects such as production efficiency, insufficient innovation, digital protection and intellectual property risks, as well as the gap in youth inheritance. Finally, in response to these problems, specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the three levels of production, protection and inheritance, with the aim of providing reference for the dynamic inheritance and high-quality development of Tianjin’s intangible cultural heritage industries.
