微视频结合健康教育路径对护生健康教育能力影响的效果观察
Effect of Micro-Video Combined with Health Education Pathway on Nursing Students’ Health Education Ability

摘要: 目的:探讨微视频结合健康教育路径教学法对护生健康教育能力的影响。方法:选取90名护生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各45名。对照组给予传统带教方法,实验组采用微视频结合健康教育路径教学法开展临床护理教学。比较两组护生出科理论考试成绩、健康教育能力自评得分、健康教育能力他评得分等方面的差异。结果:实验组护生出科理论考试成绩、健康教育能力自评得分、健康教育能力他评得分均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:微视频结合健康教育路径教学法能提高护生出科理论考试成绩,提高健康教育能力自评及健康教育能力他评得分,能有效提高护生健康教育能力。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of micro-video combined with health education pathway teaching method on nursing students’ health education ability. Methods: A total of 90 nursing students were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 45 students in each group. The control group received traditional teaching method, while the experimental group received micro-video combined with health education pathway teaching method in clinical nursing teaching. The differences in the scores of exit theory examination, self-assessment of health education ability, and other-assessment of health education ability between the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of exit theory examination, self-assessment of health education ability, and other-assessment of health education ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The micro-video combined with health education pathway teaching method can improve nursing students’ exit theory examination scores, increase their self-assessment and other-assessment scores of health education ability, and effectively enhance nursing students’ health education ability.
