基于学位论文、工程项目和课程助教等多维度研究生培养体系的实践和思考
Practice and Reflections on a Multi-Dimensional Postgraduate Training System Based on Degree Dissertation, Engineering Projects and Course Assistantship
摘要: 培养理论扎实、实践能力强、兼具学术创新与综合履职素养的高层次复合型人才,成为研究生教育的核心使命。构建学位论文、工程项目、课程助教三大模块协同发力的多维度培养体系,是破解单一培养模式困境、深化产教科教融合、提升育人质量的关键路径。本文结合高校研究生培养实际,阐释该体系的内涵与育人价值,梳理这三个方面的协同实践模式,剖析模块融合不足、管理机制缺位、资源保障薄弱、个性化培养欠缺等问题,提出一体化闭环优化策略,完善研究生培养体系,助力研究生教育内涵式高质量发展。
Abstract: It has become the core mission of postgraduate education to cultivate high-level interdisciplinary talents with solid theoretical foundations, strong practical capabilities, academic innovation potential and comprehensive professional competence. Constructing a multi-dimensional training system featuring the coordinated development of three modules—degree dissertations, engineering projects and course assistantships—is a key approach to overcoming the dilemmas of single training models, deepening the integration of industry, education and scientific research, and improving the quality of talent development. Based on the actual practice of postgraduate training in universities, this paper expounds the connotation and educational value of this system, sorts out the collaborative practice models of the three modules, analyzes problems such as insufficient module integration, absent management mechanisms, weak resource support and inadequate personalized training, and puts forward an integrated closed-loop optimization strategy. The aim is to improve the postgraduate training system and support the connotative, high-quality development of postgraduate education.
