产教融合视域下新能源汽车工程中本一体化人才培养的结构逻辑与实践路径
Structural Logic and Practical Pathways of Integrated Secondary-to-Undergraduate Talent Cultivation in New Energy Vehicle Engineering from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 针对当前中职与本科阶段在培养体系上存在的目标脱节、课程重复及企业参与不足等问题,本文以湖州学院与湖州交通学校联合实施的全国唯一新能源汽车工程“中本一体化”人才培养项目为研究对象,立足产教融合视角,构建了“制造–检测–研发”三阶段贯通的人才培养目标体系,系统推动课程内容纵向衔接、实践平台共建共享和学生成长全程支持。该模式有效破解了教学内容断层、实践能力不足与学习动机弱化等衔接困境,为区域新能源汽车产业高质量发展提供了有力人才支撑,也为同类专业推进中本一体化教育改革提供了兼具理论价值与实践指导意义的创新路径。
Abstract: In response to the disconnection between training objectives and curriculum content duplication, as well as insufficient enterprise involvement in secondary vocational and undergraduate education, this study examines the nationally unique “secondary-to-undergraduate” (S2U) talent cultivation program in New Energy Vehicle Engineering. From an industry-education integration perspective, the study proposes a three-stage, progressive training framework: “manufacturing - testing - R&D”. This framework promotes vertical curriculum alignment, the co-construction and sharing of practical training platforms, and continuous support for student development throughout the learning process. The model effectively addresses key challenges in the transition between educational stages, such as curricular discontinuity, insufficient practical competence, and diminished learning motivation. The model provides strong talent support for the high-quality development of the regional new energy vehicle industry and offers an innovative pathway with theoretical and practical value for advancing integrated S2U educational reform in related disciplines.
