校企融合背景下专业学位研究生创新性成果多元化探索实践

Diversified Exploration of Innovative Achievements for Professional Degree Postgraduates under University-Industry Integration

摘要: 专业学位研究生已成为研究生培养主流模式。在《中华人民共和国学位法》颁布实施及大力推进产教融合卓越工程师学院建设之际，通过建章立制形成完善的研究生培养质量保障体系；建立校企联合培养共同体充分发挥企业育人职能；革新研究生创新性成果评价体系。通过一系列措施的实施，强化学生的创新意识和工程实践能力，为进一步推进专业学位研究生培养模式改革提供思路。

Abstract: Professional degree postgraduate education has become the mainstream in postgraduate training. Against the backdrop of the promulgation and implementation of The Degree Law of the People’s Republic of China and the construction of Excellent Engineer Colleges, it is essential to establish a sound quality assurance system for postgraduate training through institutional development, and build a university-enterprise joint training community to give full play to the educational role of enterprises. At last, the evaluation system for postgraduates’ innovative achievements should be reformed. Through the implementation of a series of measures, students’ awareness of innovation and engineering practical ability will be strengthened. The paper will provide ideas for further advancing the reform of the professional degree postgraduate.
