社区应对老龄化问题的路径研究

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深，社区作为老年人生活的主要场所，其应对老龄化问题的能力直接影响老年群体的生活质量和社会和谐。本文基于积极老龄化理论、社会支持网络理论与协同治理理论，系统剖析社区应对老龄化问题的内涵演变、现状与困境，聚焦于社区资源配置不均、设施适老化不足、服务供给失衡等结构性矛盾，从社区设施优化、多元主体协同、数字技术应用、政策保障强化、居民参与提升五个维度，提出针对性的研究路径。研究旨在破解社区在老龄化进程中的治理障碍，推动社区服务与老年需求精准对接，助力积极老龄化战略实施，为构建老年友好型社区提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: With the deepening of China’s population aging, communities, as the primary living spaces for the elderly, play a crucial role in addressing aging issues, directly impacting the quality of life for the elderly and social harmony. Based on theories of active aging, social support networks, and collaborative governance, this paper systematically analyzes the evolution of connotations, current status, and dilemmas in community responses to aging. Focusing on structural contradictions such as uneven resource allocation, inadequate age-friendly facilities, and imbalanced service supply, it proposes targeted adaptation paths from five dimensions: optimizing community facilities, multi-stakeholder collaboration, applying digital technologies, strengthening policy guarantees, and enhancing resident participation. The research aims to overcome governance barriers in communities amid aging processes, promote precise alignment between community services and elderly needs, assist in implementing active aging strategies, and provide theoretical support and practical references for building age-friendly communities.
