中国传统孝文化在农村养老服务中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Traditional Chinese Filial Piety Culture in Rural Elderly Care Services

摘要: 中国传统孝文化作为伦理体系的核心组成部分，对农村养老实践具有深远影响。本文基于历史演进与当代实践双重视角，系统解析孝文化“敬养结合”“代际互惠”“礼法并重”的核心内涵，通过分析孝文化在农村养老服务中的作用与挑战，系统探讨孝文化在强化家庭养老责任、构建社区互助网络、提升政策适应性等方面的正向价值，同时揭示城镇化进程中其面临的精神背离、功能异化、制度冲突及性别分工失衡等现实困境。在此基础上，从家庭、社区、制度、文化创新四个维度，提出强化家庭孝亲责任、打造孝文化浸润场景、推动孝文化与养老制度融合、重塑孝文化现代价值的优化路径，为构建具有文化根基的农村养老服务体系提供理论参考。

Abstract: As the core component of the ethical system, traditional Chinese filial piety culture exerts a profound influence on rural elderly care practices. From the dual perspectives of historical evolution and contemporary practice, this paper systematically analyzes the core connotations of filial piety culture, namely “combining respect and support”, “intergenerational reciprocity” and “valuing both ritual and law”. By examining the roles and challenges of filial piety culture in rural elderly care services, it systematically explores its positive values in strengthening family elderly care responsibilities, building community mutual-aid networks and improving policy adaptability, while revealing the practical dilemmas it faces in the process of urbanization, such as spiritual alienation, functional distortion, institutional conflicts and unbalanced gender division of labor. On this basis, from the four dimensions of family, community, institution and cultural innovation, this paper puts forward optimized paths including strengthening family filial responsibilities, creating scenarios immersed in filial piety culture, promoting the integration of filial piety culture with elderly care systems, and reshaping the modern value of filial piety culture, so as to provide theoretical references for constructing a rural elderly care service system rooted in cultural traditions.
