数字素养水平对老年人身心健康的影响

Research on the Impact of Digital Literacy Levels on the Physical and Mental Health of the Elderly

摘要: 据中国人口普查资料显示，近年来我国新生儿出生率持续下降，人口年龄结构呈现剧烈变化，预计到2050年，我国老年人口占总人口的比例将超过30%，老龄化和健康问题亟待关注。基于此，本文采用2020 CHARLS截面数据，从实证角度考察数字素养对老年人健康存在何种影响，进而探讨老年人数字素养的高效提升路径，本文采用Ordinal Logit模型，对老年人数字素养对老年健康的作用效果进行考察，并在此基础上运用工具变量法对内生性问题进行处理，并对实证结果进行稳健性测试。通过以上实证研究，探讨老年人数字素养提升的路径。

Abstract: According to data from China’s population census, in recent years, the birth rate of newborns in our country has been continuously declining, and the population age structure has shown dramatic changes. It is estimated that by 2050, the elderly population will account for more than 30% of the total population, making aging and health issues urgent concerns. Based on this, this paper uses the 2020 CHARLS cross-sectional data to empirically examine the impact of digital literacy on the health of the elderly, and further explore efficient ways to improve digital literacy among the elderly. This paper employs the Ordinal Logit model to analyze the effect of elderly digital literacy on elderly health, and on this basis, uses the instrumental variable method to address endogeneity issues and conducts robustness tests on the empirical results. Through the above empirical research, the paper investigates pathways for enhancing digital literacy among the elderly.
