人机共生:AI主播赋能媒体系统性变革的内在逻辑与实践路径
Human-Machine Symbiosis: The Inner Logic and Practical Path of AI Anchors Empowering Systematic Transformation in Media
摘要: 人工智能技术的迅猛发展正深刻重塑新闻业的内容生产模式与传播生态。AI主播作为人工智能技术在传媒领域的典型应用场景,已从早期的技术尝鲜走向规模化部署,成为驱动媒体系统性变革的重要引擎。本文立足国内主流媒体AI主播实践,在梳理AI主播发展脉络与落地现状的基础上,从技术赋能、制度响应、场景拓展与生态重构四个维度剖析其驱动系统性变革的内在逻辑,并结合多家省级媒体机构典型案例,分析各层级媒体AI主播应用的差异化路径。研究发现,AI主播已初步实现从单点效率工具向流程重塑平台的跃迁,但当前应用仍面临技术依赖与内容原创力的张力、情感缺位与伦理争议、体制机制惯性约束以及数字版权保护滞后等多重困境。据此,本文提出技术迭代与内容建设并进、构建人机协同主持传播新范式、推进体制机制适应性变革、完善法规制度保障等系统性优化策略。AI之于媒体,不是可有可无的选择题,而是一道关乎生存发展的必答题。
Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the content production model and communication ecosystem of the news industry. As a typical application scenario of AI technology in the media field, AI anchors have evolved from early technological experimentation to large-scale deployment, becoming an important engine driving systemic changes in the media. Based on the practice of AI anchors in mainstream domestic media, this paper analyzes the internal logic of driving systemic changes from four dimensions: technology empowerment, institutional response, scenario expansion, and ecosystem reconstruction, on the basis of sorting out the development trajectory and current implementation status of AI anchors. Combined with typical cases from multiple provincial media institutions, it also analyzes the differentiated paths of AI anchor applications across different levels of media. The study finds that AI anchors have initially transitioned from being a single-point efficiency tool to a platform for process redesign, but current applications still face multiple challenges such as tension between technological dependence and content originality, emotional absence and ethical disputes, institutional inertia constraints, and lagging digital copyright protection. Based on this, this paper proposes systematic optimization strategies such as advancing technology iteration and content construction simultaneously, constructing a new paradigm of human-machine collaborative hosting and communication, promoting adaptive changes in institutional mechanisms, and improving legal and regulatory system guarantees. AI is not an optional question in the media, but a compulsory question related to survival and development.
