历史街区多主体参与的更新与共生空间研究——以上海石库门田子坊为例

Self-Organized Renewal and Coexistence Space Research in Historical Districts—A Case Study of Shanghai’s Shikumen Tianzifang

摘要: 本文通过历史街区多主体参与的更新以及共生理念的理论对上海田子坊的石库门里弄进行了深入研究，旨在探究其自下而上的共生更新模式以及未来的发展展望。通过对田子坊共生模式的特征进行探讨，文章提出了田子坊在该模式下的自组织更新发展历程。随后，文章对田子坊现存的问题进行了分析，包括人群需求不满、产业单一化和商业同质化等。本文通过系统的资料梳理和案例分析，全面阐述了田子坊共生更新模式的特征和现存问题，提出了具体的解决对策和未来展望。希望通过本文的研究，能够为田子坊的进一步发展和城市历史文化的传承与创新提供有益的参考。

Abstract: This paper conducts an in-depth study of the Shikumen lanes in Tianzifang through the theories of self-organized renewal and the concept of coexistence. The aim is to explore the bottom-up coexistence renewal model and future development prospects of Tianzifang. By discussing the characteristics of the coexistence model in Tianzifang, the paper presents the self-organized renewal development process of Tianzifang under this model. Subsequently, the paper analyzes the existing problems in Tianzifang, including dissatisfaction with population needs, single industries, and commercial homogeneity. Through systematic data organization and case analysis, this paper comprehensively elaborates on the characteristics and existing problems of the coexistence renewal model in Tianzifang, and proposes specific solutions and future prospects. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide useful references for the further development of Tianzifang and the inheritance and innovation of urban historical culture.
