新医科背景下关于中医专业临床实习思政教学的思考

Reflections on Ideological and Political Education in Clinical Internships of Traditional Chinese Medicine Majors under the Background of New Medicine

摘要: 在新医科建设的大背景下，新时代对医学人才培养提出了更高的要求，在培养中要注重学科交叉融合创新、培养学生更高的专业能力，更要加强学生的全面发展，加强学生的人文关怀。中医临床实习是一个很好的思政教学基地，临床实习是思政教学的重要一环，本文从新医科的视角对思政教学融入中医临床实习的必要性价值，并分析思政教学在中医临床实习中存在的问题，并从“中医–思政”融合案例库的开发应用探索思政教学融入中医临床实习的有效方法，为培养新时期中医人才探索有效路径。

Abstract: Under the background of new medical construction, the new era has put forward higher requirements for the training of medical talents. In the training, we should pay attention to interdisciplinary integration and innovation, cultivate students’ higher professional ability, and strengthen students’ all-round development and humanistic care. Clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine is a good base for ideological and political education, and clinical practice is an important part of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the necessity and value of integrating ideological and political education into clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of new medicine, and analyzes the existing problems of ideological and political education in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, and explores effective methods for integrating ideological and political education into clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine from the development and application of the case base of “traditional Chinese medicine-ideological and political education”, and explores effective paths for cultivating Chinese medicine talents in the new period.
