直播赋能与服务链重构:铝合金系统门窗互联网销售的模式创新与路径研究
Live Streaming Empowerment and Service Chain Restructuring: Research on Model Innovation and Paths of Internet Sales for Aluminum Alloy System Windows and Doors
摘要: 铝合金系统门窗行业面临线上信任缺失、线下客流萎缩的双重困境,其“重体验、非标定制、属地化安装”的产品特性与电子商务虚拟性形成结构性矛盾。为探索直播电商与服务链重构双轮驱动下铝合金系统门窗互联网销售的模式创新路径,破解行业线上转型瓶颈,本文综合运用文献研究法、案例分析法与逻辑演绎法,系统梳理行业互联网销售发展现状,深入剖析直播赋能价值逻辑与服务链现存问题,构建“直播场景 + 服务链重构”创新分析框架。研究表明,当前行业互联网销售整体呈现渠道多元化但协同不足、直播应用初见成效但转化效率偏低、数字化工具逐步渗透但应用深度不够等特征,面临直播内容同质化、服务链协同不畅、标准化与定制化矛盾突出等现实挑战;通过推动直播场景精准化、服务链关键环节重构与数字化工具全面赋能,可有效实现销售模式优化升级。直播赋能能够为行业互联网销售提供稳定流量与信任支撑,服务链重构则是提升用户体验与履约效率的核心抓手,二者深度融合有助于推动铝合金系统门窗线上销售实现高质量发展。
Abstract: The aluminum alloy system doors and windows industry is confronted with the dual dilemmas of insufficient online trust and shrinking offline customer traffic. Its product characteristics—high experience dependence, non-standard customization, and localized installation—create a structural contradiction with the virtual nature of e-commerce. This paper aims to explore the innovative path of internet sales model for aluminum alloy system doors and windows driven by live-streaming e-commerce and service chain reconstruction, so as to break through the bottlenecks in the online transformation of the industry. Based on literature research, case analysis and logical deduction, this study systematically reviews the current situation of internet sales in the industry, analyzes the value logic of live-streaming empowerment and existing problems in the service chain, and constructs an innovative framework of “live-streaming scenario + service chain reconstruction”. The results show that internet sales in the industry are characterized by diversified channels but insufficient collaboration, initial achievements in live-streaming application but low conversion efficiency, and gradual penetration of digital tools but inadequate application depth. The industry is facing challenges such as homogeneous live-streaming content, poor service chain coordination, and prominent conflicts between standardization and customization. The sales model can be effectively optimized and upgraded through precise live-streaming scenarios, reconstruction of key links in the service chain, and comprehensive empowerment of digital tools. Live-streaming empowerment provides stable traffic and trust support for internet sales, while service chain reconstruction is the core to improving user experience and service efficiency. The in-depth integration of the two is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of online sales of aluminum alloy system doors and windows.
