儿科医患互动中医生身份建构的语用研究——以《你好，儿科医生》第三季记录片为例
A Discourse Study of Doctor Identity Construction in Pediatric Doctor-Patient Interaction—Based on Hello, Pediatricians Season 3
摘要: 医患沟通是医疗服务体系中的重要环节，对医疗服务质量和医患关系的和谐发展具有深远影响。本文以《你好，儿科医生第三季》为例，收集整理并转录这部纪录片中所有的医患对话，共计29,152字符，基于语用身份论，对这部纪录片中儿科医患互动中建构的儿科医生的语用身份进行分类并举例说明，最后进一步分析语料探讨建构这些语用身份的过程中主要使用的语用策略的类型。儿科医生通过使用不同的语用策略进行多种语用身份的建构，不仅有助于提升沟通效果，减少医患冲突，而且为优化儿科医疗服务提供理论依据。
Abstract: Doctor-patient communication has always been an important link in the medical service system, which has a profound impact on the quality of medical service and the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship. Taking Hello, Pediatrician 3 as an example, this paper collects and transcribes all the doctor-patient dialogues in this documentary, with a total of 29,152 characters. Based on the pragmatic identity theory, the pragmatic identities of pediatricians constructed in the pediatric doctor-patient interactions in this documentary are categorized and exemplified, and then the corpus is further analyzed to explore the types of discursive strategies mainly used in the process of constructing these pragmatic identities. The construction of multiple pragmatic identities by pediatricians through the use of different discursive strategies not only helps to improve communication effects and reduce doctor-patient conflicts, but also provides a theoretical basis for optimizing pediatric medical services.
