网络诈骗受害脆弱性的心理影响因素与机制研究综述
A Review of Psychological Influencing Factors and Mechanisms of Online Fraud Victim Vulnerability

摘要: 随着互联网技术快速普及,电信网络诈骗已成为危害我国公共财产安全与心理健康的重要社会问题。由于诈骗实施者隐蔽性较强,现有研究多聚焦于个体网络诈骗受害脆弱性。本文回顾该领域相关研究,界定网络诈骗、受害脆弱性等核心概念,阐述有限自制力理论、双系统加工理论、日常活动理论等理论基础,从认知、情绪、人格特质、社会环境四个维度归纳网络诈骗易感性的心理影响因素,并总结当前脆弱性测量方法与学界研究共识及争议。最后,本研究也提出了以往研究中存在的问题,从多方面提出未来研究展望,以期完善相关理论体系,为我国反诈实践提供心理学参考。
Abstract: With the rapid popularization of internet technology, telecom and online fraud has evolved into a major social issue threatening public property safety and mental health in China. Due to the strong concealment of fraud perpetrators, extant studies predominantly focus on individual vulnerability to online fraud victimization. This paper systematically reviews previous literature in this field, defines core concepts including online fraud and victimization vulnerability, and expounds theoretical foundations such as the limited self-control theory, dual-system processing theory, and routine activity theory. It summarizes the psychological influencing factors of online fraud susceptibility from four dimensions: cognition, emotion, personality traits and social environment. In addition, this study concludes prevailing vulnerability measurement methods, as well as academic consensus and controversies in current research. On this basis, the limitations of existing studies are clarified, and future research prospects are proposed from multiple dimensions. This research intends to supplement and optimize the relevant theoretical system, and provide evidence-based psychological references for targeted anti-fraud intervention and prevention in China.
