浅谈环境监测中地表水采样存在的问题及对策
Brief Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Surface Water Sampling in Environmental Monitoring
摘要: 环境监测是生态环境保护的基础,而环境监测采样为监测工作的前端环节,其质量直接决定监测数据的代表性、准确性和可比性。本文结合环境监测工作实际,以干旱区地表水(河流、湖库)水质采样为例,系统梳理分析采样方案制定、采样前期准备、采样现场操作、人员专业能力、质控体系及环境干扰等方面存在的问题,从方案优化、规范操作、人员培养、健全质控体系及信息化赋能等方面提出对策建议,旨在为提升环境监测采样质量、筑牢监测数据质量防线提供参考。
Abstract: Environmental monitoring serves as the foundation for ecological and environmental protection, with sampling at the front end of monitoring directly determining the representativeness, accuracy, and comparability of monitoring data. Based on practical experience in environmental monitoring, this paper takes water quality sampling from surface water bodies (rivers, lakes, and reservoirs) in arid regions as an example to systematically identify and analyze issues in sampling plan formulation, pre-sampling preparation, on-site sampling operations, personnel expertise, quality control systems, and environmental interference. It further proposes countermeasures and recommendations from the perspectives of plan optimization, standardized procedures, personnel training, robust quality control systems, and information technology empowerment, aiming to enhance the quality of environmental monitoring sampling and fortify the defense line for monitoring data quality.
