模块化的激光光束检测系统设计
Design of a Modular Laser Beam Detection System
摘要: 随着激光技术的持续发展,对激光光束质量的要求也不断提高。目前市面上虽已出现多种激光光束质量检测系统,但大多存在体积庞大、便携性差的问题。基于此,本文设计了一种小型化、便于拆卸的激光光束质量检测系统。该系统通过自主设计光路、搭建系统架构,经图像处理获取光斑直径,进而测算出发散角,并通过QT设计的人机交互界面直观呈现检测结果。
Abstract: With the ongoing advancement of laser technology, there is an escalating demand for superior laser beam quality. While a variety of laser beam quality measurement systems are currently available on the market, most suffer from issues such as large size and poor portability. In light of these limitations, this study presents the design of a compact and easily detachable laser beam quality measurement system. The system utilizes a self-designed optical path and integrated system architecture to acquire spot diameter through image processing. Based on this, the beam divergence angle is calculated, and the measurement results are displayed intuitively via a human-machine interface developed using the QT framework.
