积极心理学视域下大学生思想政治教育工作创新路径研究

A Study on Innovative Approaches to Ideological and Political Education for College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 在新时代背景下，大学生思想政治教育工作面临着全新的挑战和考验。积极心理学的理念不仅能够为这项工作注入新的活力，还可以推动其进一步发展。目前，我国高等院校的思想政治教育工作在实施过程中，普遍存在对学生鼓励不足和理论灌输较多的情况，而积极性教育方法的应用相对较少。针对这些问题，本文从三个方面提出了具体的创新策略和建议，旨在为高等院校思想政治教育工作的顺利推进提供有力参考。

Abstract: In the context of the new era, ideological and political education for college students faces entirely new challenges and tests. The principles of positive psychology can not only inject new vitality into this work but also drive its further development. Currently, in the implementation of ideological and political education at Chinese universities, there is a widespread tendency to provide insufficient encouragement to students and rely heavily on theoretical indoctrination, while the application of positive education methods remains relatively limited. In response to these issues, this paper proposes specific innovative strategies and recommendations from three perspectives, aiming to provide a solid reference for the smooth advancement of ideological and political education in higher education institutions.
