数智化背景下高职食品营养与健康专业转型升级路径研究
Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of Food Nutrition and Health Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Digitalization and Intelligence

摘要: 数字经济时代,食品营养与健康产业正加速向智能化、精准化方向转型,这对高职院校相关专业的人才培养提出了全新要求。然而,当前食品营养与健康专业存在课程内容与行业需求脱节、实践教学条件滞后、师资数智化能力不足以及AI伦理教育缺位等现实问题。本文基于对食品行业数智化发展趋势的分析,结合多所高职院校专业升级的实践经验,从培养目标重构、课程体系优化、实践平台建设、师资队伍提升、产教融合深化和伦理教育融入六个方面提出系统转型升级路径,旨在为高职院校培养适应数智化时代需求的高素质技术技能人才提供参考。
Abstract: In the era of the digital economy, the food nutrition and health industry is accelerating its transformation toward intelligence and precision, which places new demands on talent training for relevant majors in higher vocational colleges. At present, however, the Food Nutrition and Health major faces prominent practical problems, including a disconnection between curriculum content and industrial demands, backward practical teaching conditions, teachers’ insufficient digital and intelligent application capabilities, and the lack of AI ethics education. Based on an analysis of the digital and intelligent development trends of the food industry and the practical experience of major reform in multiple higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward systematic transformation and upgrading paths from six aspects: reconstruction of talent training objectives, optimization of curriculum systems, construction of practical teaching platforms, improvement of teachers’ comprehensive competency, deepening of industry-education integration, and integration of ethical education. The research aims to provide references for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the demands of the digital and intelligent era.
