Green Technological Innovation and Ecological Transformation of New Quality Productive Forces—Contemporary Practice of Marxist Ecological Outlook

摘要: 在全球生态危机频发的现实语境与中国“双碳”目标引领下，新质生产力作为高质量发展的重要着力点，其追求绝对效率与经济增长的内生动力与自然生态承载力之间存在着深刻的潜在张力。本文以马克思主义生态观为理论指导，系统探讨了绿色技术创新驱动新质生产力生态化转型的内在逻辑。研究指出，新质生产力的生态化转型，实质上是将其从资本的短期逐利逻辑中解放出来，以修复“人与自然物质变换的裂缝”。基于此，本文构建了“理论引领–技术支撑–实践落实”的完整分析框架，并提出三大核心驱动机制：发挥绿色技术在产业升级中的引领主导作用；完善以市场导向与战略引领双轮驱动的绿色创新体系；优化并贯穿生态要素的全流程配置(涵盖重塑要素价值、强化数实融合与确立生态伦理)。本研究不仅为化解效率增长与生态保护的矛盾提供了破局思路，也为提升绿色全要素生产率、实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化提供了坚实的理论支撑与实践路径。

Abstract: In the context of frequent global ecological crises and under the guidance of China's “dual carbon” goals, new quality productivity is an important focus of high-quality development. There is a profound potential tension between the endogenic driving force of its pursuit of absolute efficiency and economic growth and the natural ecological carrying capacity. This article takes the Marxist concept of ecology as the theoretical guidance, and systematically explores the inherent logic of green technology innovation driving the ecological transformation of new productive forces. The study pointed out that the ecological transformation of new quality productivity is essentially to free it from the short-term profit-seeking logic of capital in order to repair the “cracks in the transformation of human and natural materials”. Based on this, this article builds a complete analysis framework of “theoretical guidance-technical support-practical implementation”, and puts forward three core driving mechanisms: give full play to the leading role of green technology in industrial upgrading; improve the green innovation system led by market orientation and strategy; optimize and run through the ecological elements process configuration (covering reshaping the value of elements, strengthening the integration of numbers and reality and establishing ecological ethics). This research not only provides solutions to solve the contradiction between efficiency growth and ecological protection, but also provides solid theoretical support and practical path for improving green all-factor productivity and realizing the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
