新质生产力驱动下吉林省职业院校创新创业人才培养模式改革与实践的研究
Research on the Reform and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation Mode in Vocational Colleges of Jilin Province Driven by New Quality Productive Forces
摘要: 新质生产力作为推动高质量发展的核心引擎,对职业教育提出了从“技术技能”向“创新能力”转型的更高要求。本文以吉林省职业院校为研究对象,系统分析了在新质生产力驱动下创新创业人才培养模式的改革与实践。通过深入探讨新质生产力的理论内涵、吉林省职业院校创新创业教育现状、制约因素及改革路径,构建了适应数字化、网络化、智能化发展趋势的职业教育新生态。研究发现,吉林省职业院校在产教融合、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设等方面已取得积极进展,但仍面临课程内容滞后、“双师”队伍的素质建设不足、产教融合深度不够等挑战。本文提出构建以创新创业为核心的课程体系、强化“双师型”教师队伍素质建设、深化产教融合协同育人等具体改革路径,为区域职业教育高质量发展提供理论依据和实践参考。
Abstract: As the core engine driving high-quality development, new quality productive forces has put forward higher requirements for vocational education to transform from “technical skills” to “innovation capability”. This paper takes vocational colleges in Jilin Province as the research object, and systematically analyzes the reform and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training models driven by new quality productive forces. Through in-depth discussion on the theoretical connotation of new quality productive forces, the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges of Jilin Province, its restrictive factors and reform paths, this paper constructs a new ecosystem of vocational education that adapts to the development trend of digitalization, networking and intelligentization. The study finds that vocational colleges in Jilin Province have made positive progress in industry-education integration, curriculum system reform and teacher team building, but still face challenges such as outdated curriculum content, insufficient quality improvement of the “double-qualified” teacher team, and inadequate depth of industry-education integration. This paper proposes specific reform paths including building a curriculum system centered on innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthening the quality construction of the “double-qualified” teacher team, and deepening collaborative education through industry-education integration, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the high-quality development of regional vocational education.
