社区护理人文关怀视域下养老模式分类研究进展的范围综述

A Scoping Review of Research Progress on the Classification of Elderly Care Models from the Perspective of Humanistic Care in Community Nursing

摘要: 老龄化已成为全球不可忽视的社会现象，我国养老体系正面临严峻挑战。本研究以范围综述为方法，基于社区护理人文关怀视角，界定人文关怀核心要素，系统梳理我国社区养老模式类型、特征与实施现状，评估各模式在尊严保障、自主选择权、情感慰藉、社会连接等人文维度的表现，分析现存供需失衡、主体参与不足、体系不完善、新兴模式接受度低等问题，并聚焦人文关怀提升提出针对性优化路径，为完善养老服务、提升老年群体生活质量提供依据。

Abstract: Aging has become a global social phenomenon that cannot be ignored, and China’s elderly care system is facing severe challenges. Adopting the scoping review method and based on the perspective of humanistic care in community nursing, this study defines the core elements of humanistic care, systematically sorts out the types, characteristics and implementation status of community elderly care models in China, evaluates the performance of each model in humanistic dimensions such as dignity protection, autonomy, emotional comfort and social connection, analyzes existing problems including supply-demand imbalance, insufficient subject participation, imperfect system and low acceptance of emerging models, and puts forward targeted optimization paths focusing on the improvement of humanistic care, so as to provide a basis for improving elderly care services and the quality of life of the elderly.
