Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum of “Railway Bridge Construction and Maintenance”

摘要: 本文立足于高职院校铁道工程技术专业人才培养目标，结合《铁路桥梁施工与维护》课程的教学内容与特点，系统阐述了将工程伦理、社会责任嵌入专业知识与技能训练的路径。文章围绕课程设置的七个核心学习项目，深入挖掘其中蕴含的思政元素，旨在实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的有机统一，培养既掌握铁路桥梁精湛技艺又具备高尚品德、家国情怀与责任担当的新时代铁路建设者与守护者。

Abstract: Based on the talent cultivation objectives of railway engineering technology majors in higher vocational colleges, and combining the teaching content and characteristics of the course “Railway Bridge Construction and Maintenance”, this article systematically expounds the path of embedding engineering ethics and social responsibility into professional knowledge and skill training. Centered around the seven core learning projects of the curriculum, the article deeply explores the ideological and political elements contained therein, aiming to achieve the organic integration of knowledge impartation, ability cultivation, and value guidance, and to cultivate new-era railway builders and guardians who not only master exquisite skills in railway bridges but also possess noble morality, a sense of national duty, and a commitment to responsibility.
