《黄帝内经》“生气通天”视域下形气神生命观探微

An Exploration of the Life View of Form, Qi, and Spirit from the Perspective of “Shengqi Tongtian” in Huangdi Neijing

摘要: 中医学对人体生命的认知根植于《黄帝内经》的生气通天思想，其核心在于探讨气与神及形三者的动态交融机制。借助“生气通天”这一视角，进一步梳理中医“气、神、形”三位一体生命观的理论内涵：气为枢机，斡旋升降出入，上承天地之气，下化精血津液；神为主宰，统摄形气，感应阴阳变化；形为载体，藏精纳气，为生命功能提供物质依托，三者并非孤立并列，而是以气化为纽带、以神明为统领、以形体为根基，共同构成生命活动的动态整体。人体内外气机的动态平衡是维持生命生生不息的根本法则。万物源于大道并化于阴阳而成三才，保持人体内外气机与自然阴阳之气持续交感、动态平衡，方能实现形神俱备与尽终天年的生理稳态。

Abstract: In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the understanding of human life is rooted in the theory of “Shengqi Tongtian” from Huangdi Neijing, whose core lies in exploring the dynamic integration of Qi, Spirit and Form. Through the lens of “Shengqi Tongtian”, the theoretical connotation of the trinity life view of Qi, Spirit and Form in Traditional Chinese Medicine can be further elaborated as follows: Qi acts as the pivot, governing ascending, descending, entering and exiting, connecting with celestial and terrestrial Qi above, and transforming into essence, blood and body fluids below; Spirit serves as the commander, dominating Form and Qi, and responding to changes of Yin and Yang; Form functions as the material carrier, storing essence and containing Qi, providing the material basis for vital activities. The three are not isolated or parallel, but constitute a dynamic whole of life activities with Qi transformation as the link, Spirit as the governor, and Form as the foundation. The dynamic balance of Qi movement inside and outside the human body is the fundamental law sustaining endless life. All things originate from the Dao and evolve through Yin-Yang to form the Three Powers (heaven, earth and human). Only by maintaining constant interaction and dynamic balance between the internal and external Qi of the human body and the Yin-Yang Qi of nature can human beings achieve the physiological homeostasis of integrity of Form and Spirit and completion of the natural life span.
