大中小学思政课法治教育一体化的逻辑建构与实践路径
Logic Construction and Practical Path of Integrated Rule-of-Law Education in Ideological and Political Courses across Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Schools
摘要: 法治教育是新时代大中小学思政课建设的核心内容,其一体化衔接是实现思政课教育教学一体化的关键。当前,大中小学法治教育一体化建设中还存在着一些现实难题亟待破解,这些难题主要表现为学段目标的断裂、协同育人的失效以及评价体系的失序,严重影响了法治教育的连贯性和有效性。为破解这些困境,本研究深入剖析了大中小学法治教育一体化的三维结构矛盾,并从理论逻辑、实践逻辑和价值逻辑三个维度出发,分析了法治素养培育的逻辑支撑。在此基础上,进一步设计了三阶实施策略,旨在通过目标衔接、资源整合和评价改革,推动大中小学法治教育的协同发展,为培养具有全面法治素养的新时代公民提供有力支撑。
Abstract: Legal education constitutes the core component of the development of ideological and political courses for primary, secondary and tertiary schools in the new era, and its integrated connection serves as the key to realizing the integrated teaching of ideological and political education. At present, prominent practical difficulties remain to be resolved in the integrated development of legal education across different school stages. Such difficulties are mainly reflected in the fragmentation of stage-specific teaching objectives, the ineffectiveness of collaborative education, and the disordered evaluation system, which severely undermine the coherence and effectiveness of legal education. To address these dilemmas, this study profoundly analyzes the three-dimensional structural contradictions in the integration of legal education at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. From the perspectives of theoretical logic, practical logic and value logic, it explores the logical support for the cultivation of rule-of-law literacy. On this basis, a three-tier implementation strategy is further proposed. By means of objective connection, resource integration and evaluation reform, this strategy aims to promote the coordinated development of integrated legal education and provide solid support for cultivating new-era citizens with comprehensive rule-of-law literacy.
