三全育人视域下高校毕业生就业工作实践与优化路径
Practice and Optimization Path of Graduate Employment under the Vision of Three Comprehensive Education
摘要: 在“立德树人”的根本任务和促进高校毕业生高质量就业的战略目标指导下,“三全育人”的理念对就业指导工作起到了良好的导向作用。“三全育人”即全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的一种教育思想,在这种思想指导下要实现各方面的人员参与进来、各个环节紧密联系在一起、各个方面相互配合的目的。本文以南宁学院人工智能学院2024届毕业生为对象进行调查分析,运用问卷调查法、访谈法和个人案例研究的方法来了解目前毕业生的就业状况和影响他们不能满足期望的因素。因此本文提出三全育人协同机制建设思路,在信息传达全面性、精准帮扶持续性、岗位推荐服务性以及责任落实有效性上提出建议,为地方院校同类专业就业工作提供参考。
Abstract: Under the guidance of the fundamental task of Fostering Virtue and Cultivating Talents and the strategic goal of promoting high-quality employment for college graduates, the concept of “Three Comprehensive Education” plays a positive guiding role in career guidance work. “Three Comprehensive Education” is an educational philosophy encompassing all-staff education, whole-process education and all-round education. Guided by this philosophy, it aims to achieve the participation of personnel from all sectors, a close connection of all educational links, and collaborative coordination across all dimensions. Taking the graduates of the Class of 2024 from the College of Artificial Intelligence, Nanning University as the research subjects, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis. Adopting the methods of questionnaire survey, interview and individual case study, it explores the current employment status of graduates and the factors that prevent them from fulfilling their employment expectations. On this basis, this paper puts forward ideas for constructing the collaborative mechanism of three comprehensive education, and proposes suggestions in terms of the comprehensiveness of information dissemination, the sustainability of targeted assistance, the serviceability of job recommendation, and the effectiveness of responsibility implementation. It intends to provide a reference for the employment work of similar majors in local colleges and universities.
