小学体育投掷教学的游戏化与情境化实践研究

A Practical Study on Gamification and Situational Teaching of Throwing in Primary School Physical Education

摘要: 小学体育教学中，投掷类项目对学生的身体发育、运动技能培养以及综合素养提升具有重要意义。然而，传统的投掷教学模式存在诸多弊端，难以满足当代学生的发展需求。文章基于小学体育老师的视角，围绕投掷教学展开深入探讨，分析当前教学现状，阐述教学改革的必要性，并结合实践经验分享具体的改革举措与成果，同时对深化教学改革的方向进行展望，旨在提升小学体育投掷教学质量。

Abstract: In primary school physical education, throwing events play a significant role in students’ physical development, motor skill acquisition, and the enhancement of comprehensive competencies. However, traditional instructional models for throwing events exhibit notable limitations and often fail to meet the developmental needs of contemporary students. This paper, from the perspective of a primary school physical education teacher, conducts an in-depth investigation into throwing instruction. It analyzes the current state of teaching, articulates the necessity for pedagogical reform, and presents specific reform measures and outcomes drawn from practical experience. Furthermore, it outlines prospective directions for deepening instructional innovation, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of teaching quality in primary school throwing events.
